The new built "House for All Generations" is located in a well established residential area. Elderly people are able to stay in their neighbourhood and live together with jung families in the same building.
All 28 apartments are barrier-free and have different sizes.
In addition to the private flats the house offers a communal roof terrace, a playground, a party room, as well as a small apartment to accommodate a nurse.
