The villa from 1921 was partly rebuilt according to her tradition and carefully furnished in regard to public and representative needs. Street sides to the winter garden representable stairs have been installed. The appurtenant structures and required fencing have been creatively integrated into the concept. The annex, built around 1960, was interiorly completely rebuilt.
To optimize the illumination and the access to the souterrain, a lower level has been built within the appurtenant structures.
