With the refurbishment of the 50 m sports pool of the “Erster Offenbacher Schwimmclub 1869 e.V”, a stainless steel tank has been installed to achieve a high water quality and to match international sports standards. Further, a synthetic foil has been installed which will reduce the heat loss at nighttime up to 80%. In addition, LED-lights and three underwater cameras have been built in. The cameras are essential to monitor the swimmer’s performances as part of the high standard training programme at the club.
